What information is processed

When you visit the site

The site is hosted on Firebase Hosting, a Google service. Like other web-hosting services, Firebase processes technical information required to deliver and protect the site. This includes your IP address and may include the requested page, request time, browser or device information, and diagnostic or security data.

We do not use this information to build visitor profiles or for advertising.

When you use the search box

Your search is processed locally in your browser. We do not receive, store, or analyse the words you enter in the search box.

When you contact us

The Contact link takes you to the LeaderCoreAI website, where you can submit an enquiry to Blue Horizon Training SRL. When you follow that link, you leave this microsite. The LeaderCoreAI website’s privacy and cookie practices apply to your visit and to information submitted through the form.

The form processes the information you choose to provide, together with ordinary submission metadata, so that we can read and respond to your message. Depending on the nature of your request, we do this to take steps at your request before entering into a contract or on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and maintaining business correspondence. Full details are provided in the LeaderCoreAI Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab), including its section on contact-form submissions.

Why we process technical data

Technical hosting data is processed to:

  • deliver the pages and assets you request;
  • maintain the security and reliability of the site;
  • detect and prevent abuse; and
  • diagnose technical problems.

Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing a secure, reliable website, under Article 6(1)(f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Cookies and analytics

At present, this microsite does not set cookies and does not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, advertising pixels, or other optional tracking technologies. For that reason, there is no cookie-consent banner.

If we introduce optional analytics or similar technologies in the future, we will update this notice and obtain any consent required before activating them.

Service providers and international processing

We use Google Firebase Hosting to publish and secure this site. Google processes hosting data on global infrastructure. Where personal data is processed outside the European Economic Area, the applicable contractual and legal safeguards are used, such as adequacy decisions or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Google states that Firebase Hosting retains IP-address data for a few months. We do not create or retain a separate visitor analytics database for this microsite.

For more information, see Privacy and Security in Firebase (opens in a new tab) and Google’s Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab).

Some pages link to leadercore.ai. When you follow one of those links, you leave this microsite and the privacy and cookie practices of the LeaderCoreAI website apply. See the LeaderCoreAI Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab).

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, GDPR gives you rights to:

  • ask whether we process personal data about you and receive a copy;
  • correct inaccurate personal data;
  • request deletion or restriction of processing;
  • object to processing based on legitimate interests; and
  • receive certain data in a portable format where that right applies.

To exercise a right or ask a privacy question, email privacy@bluehorizontraining.ro. We may need enough information to understand your request and verify your identity.

You also have the right to complain to the Romanian data-protection authority, the Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP), or to the competent supervisory authority where you live or work. See dataprotection.ro (opens in a new tab).
